brewing guides

for all brewing, we recommend these core pieces of equipment:

• scale - weighing creates consistency (1tbsp is approx. 5-8 grams, varying)
• grinder - fresh & freshly ground coffee prevents staling
• filtered water - even simple filtration goes a long way (not distilled, as it actually lacks needed minerals)

• 18g in, 50g output
• 28-31 seconds

drip coffee (coffee pot):

1:16 coffee-to-water ratio (adjust to taste), grind size medium (think sea salt)
