Youth First has been serving young people and families through schools in the Evansville area since 1998. Founded by Dr. Bill Wooten, the impact of Youth First’s social workers and programs can be measured in the tens of thousands of lives changed.
We are proud to partner with Youth First as they continue to grow and scale even outside of the Evansville region. We cupped several blends with Bill and the current CEO, Parri Black until we landed on the perfect blend; Bill’s Blend, in fact. This combination of Brazil and Guatemala leans more towards the dark end of the roast spectrum, and pairs well with cream or straight black.
Proceeds from each sale of Bill’s Blend go to support the mission of Youth First. support of families in and around Evansville, IN. In fact, both coffee origins come from direct trade family farms in Brazil and Guatemala. So, each bag of Bill’s Blend supports a local non-profit, a local small business, and family farms on the other side of the world.
