during our time together, we will explore the journey of coffee from “seed to cup” as we take some time to highlight the different processes & key roles in the coffee industry. we’ll follow this with a hands-on cupping session which will include a take-home coffee wheel, burlap coffee sack, and two sample bags of coffee. from 2-3:30pm.

following the cupping session, we take a 15 min. break & then we will dive deeper into the art of roasting. with ample guidance & facilitation, you will have the opportunity to practice the craft of co-roasting your own batch of coffee. this roast will be packaged in a customized bag & sent home with you to enjoy! all in all, we hope this time will be an insightful & formative experience as a fellow coffee-lover.
