Our northern Italian-style espresso is based on the complexity of a great espresso but roasted lighter to achieve a full flavor with cocoa and caramel overtones and a pleasant touch of sweetness,. This is great as an espresso and also goes well with latte-style drinks. You may even prefer this as a brewed coffee. We sure do!
