From sourcing the finest beans to coaxing out their hidden flavors through roasting, he's dedicated to delivering a cup that's an experience in itself. But it doesn't stop there - Ethan also collaborates with our white label partners, engaging in cupping sessions to handpick the perfect roast for them.
It's safe to say that he pours his heart into every cup.
MINDY - LOGISTICS LEAD
Say hello to Mindy, Logistics Lead! Mindy seamlessly tracks every coffee bean's journey in and out of ECC, fulfills online store orders, and lenders her expertise and helping hand to Ethan, our Roasting Lead.
Organizing, managing inventory, packaging, and warehousing are no small feat, and she pulls them all off with excellence and precision. The details matter, and they especially matter to Mindy.
PAIGE - PRODUCT LEAD
Meet Paige, our Product Lead. Paige wears a variety of hats, but her main gig revolves around all things design. From bringing websites to life to creating eye-catching bag labels, Paige is our go-to person with a knack for fonts and a passion for aesthetics.
