If you don’t love it, we’ll work it out! We want you to be completely satisfied!

Evansville Coffee Company is a boutique specialty coffee roaster, based in Evansville, Indiana and serving our local market and beyond. We seek out and purchase delicious and interesting green coffee beans from around the world, then strive to determine the roasting profile that best displays their unique flavor potential.

All of our coffees are roasted to order, to guarantee freshness. Unlike processed or store-bought coffee, the flavor of fresh-roasted coffee changes daily. We encourage you to enjoy the experience of this added dimension to your coffee experience. Your Evansville Coffee will continue to delight you for 10 to 14 days before it starts to fade. We recommend adjusting the amount of coffee you purchase to match your weekly average consumption, so that your coffee is always fresh.

We sell whole bean coffee. You may choose to have your coffee ground immediately before shipping. We encourage all of our customers to invest in a good quality burr grinder to enjoy the best coffee experience. If you need help selecting a grinder, please feel free to contact us at support@evansvillecoffee.com for assistance.

Wholesale orders require a minimum of 4 lbs. per roast, per order. Multiple orders can be made in 4 lb. increments. Specialty blends and private label house blends require a minimum of 8 lbs. per roast, per order.

If you are unhappy with your coffee, please talk to us. We would like to help you determine if the problem is with our coffee, in which case we will replace it or refund your purchase, or if there is an issue with water quality or brewing method that is preventing you from enjoying the best possible coffee experience. If we can fix it, we will.

Credit Card Purchases

Our website is SSL encrypted, and PCI-compliant. Your credit card information, should you choose to save it to your account for future orders, is stored by Stripe.com and not on our server, increasing security to the highest possible level.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Orders are processed within 1 day of roasting. Some coffees require a “resting” period to reach their optimum flavor potential. We will do our best to time your delivery so that you can enjoy your coffee at its peak flavor. Local delivery by USPS is typically next-day. Delivery outside the Evansville area may be up to 3-5 days.

Local Pick-up

Our coffee-loving friends have generously offered to help us and you by allowing us to deliver your coffee to their retail outlet for you to pick up. We will notify you when your coffee is ready for pick-up, but we do not have a system for keeping track of this. If your coffee is not picked up within 1 week, we will retrieve it and contact you. If your coffee is mistakenly released to someone you did not authorize for pick-up, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Returns

If you purchase Evansville Coffee from a retail outlet and find it is unsatisfactory, we will happily exchange it, at no cost, for fresh-roasted coffee. You must provide a dated purchase receipt showing where you purchased the coffee and your dated coffee bag.
