A wonderfully flavorful coffee balanced with floral, lemon, tart cherry, toffee and a heavy mouthfeel. This is another coffee that was hitting the 90+ scores at the cupping table, and our supply is very limited! This makes an amazing single origin espresso.
This is a high-grown, Grade 1 Ethiopian from heirloom plants from the Aricha Washing Station. Growers with small plots of land bring their coffee to Aricha for processing, where it is quickly depulped and washed, producing a cleaner tasting cup with delicate flavors. Notes of jasmine, lemon and raw sugar can be found in a light roast.
