Inza is a high mountain community with many small family farms who have been organically growing coffee in rich volcanic soil for generations. Many of these farms have recently become organic certified through the help of one of the larger coffee growing families in the region. Their coffee is a little brighter and sweeter than the typical Colombian, making a cup we’re sure you will enjoy!
