Okay, I ordered, now what?

Orders and Shipping

We ship using USPS for web orders. Shipping is usually 1-3 days once your coffee is roasted and sent to the post office.

You can create an account with your first order, or you can order as a guest and create your account later. Once you have an account, you can view your past orders, subscriptions, payment information, and more.

You can change your shipping address by logging into your account.

We send tracking information when your postage is generated, and we also send a notification when your order has been completed and is on its way.

You have the option of keeping your credit card information on file, but it is not stored on our servers. We use PayPal and Square to handle all credit card processing and card security.

In the state of Indiana, sales tax is not charged on unprepared food items. You may be charged sales tax depending on your state requirements or when purchasing non-food related items.

We only ship to USA addresses. We encourage out-of-country shoppers to buy local, as there are great roasters around the world. We can suggest a roaster in your country for you, at your request.

Each order is packaged as one unit whenever possible. If your order is especially large, we may need to break it into separate packages, but to be honest, it hasn’t happened yet!

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy! If a product purchased from us is unsatisfactory, please get in touch so that we can make it right!

If this happens, it’s probably our fault. Let us know, and we’ll check your order. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it!

It’s rare that our packages arrive damaged, but if it does, please contact us for further instructions. Do not discard the package! We may request that you return it at our expense.

Authorized returns will receive a shipping label with the mailing address already posted.

You may contact us through this website using our contact form, or you can reach out to us on Facebook.

If you let us know before your items has shipped, we can correct it for you. Also, if it is your permanent shipping address, you can correct it by logging into your account.

If you want to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us. We have some flexibility, but if it’s a special item and we’ve already roasted it, you may receive a partial refund or credit.

The only items we have a limit on are special roasts and some branded items. If pre-ordering is possible, you will see the option on the item’s page.
